1.1 Preliminary Statement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement governing the use of the gk333 platform and all its services. From the moment a user accesses the gk333 website or uses any of its services, they are considered to have automatically agreed to all provisions of these Terms. Any person who does not agree with any part of these Terms should refrain from using the platform's services.

These Terms have been prepared in English and this is the only legally effective version. This version is to be treated as final rather than relying on any translation or informal interpretation.

1.2 Relevant Definitions

The following words and phrases are used with specific meanings in these Terms:

• "Platform" or "Site" — The gk333 website and all associated digital services, including its mobile application.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who accesses services through a registered account on gk333.
• "Account" — The registered personal account created in a member's name, where financial information and gaming records are stored.
• "Balance" — The total amount of funds held in a member's account, made up of deposits and bonuses.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds granted by gk333 subject to specified conditions, which are subject to their own wagering requirements.
• "Wagering" — The required amount of bets that must be placed to make bonus funds eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

3.1 KYC Process

gk333 reserves the right to verify the identity of all members to ensure a safe and transparent gaming environment. During verification, one or more of the following documents may be requested:

• A clear copy of a National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
• A screenshot proving ownership of the payment method used.

Withdrawal requests may be held while the verification process is ongoing or until verification is complete. Providing false information or forged documents during verification will result in permanent account closure and the balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Responsibility to Update Information

If any change occurs in a member's personal details (mobile number, email address, payment method), the gk333 support team must be notified immediately. The member is solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at gk333 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. For example, if a member deposits ৳1,000, a ৳1,000 bonus is added making the total balance ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in wagering is required to make the bonus withdrawable.

The welcome bonus can only be claimed once and must be claimed within a specified time after making the deposit. The same person cannot claim this bonus multiple times through multiple accounts.

5.2 Other Promotions

gk333 offers various weekly and special offers for regular members. Each promotion has its own terms and wagering requirements:

• gk333 Weekly Reload Bonus — 20% bonus, up to ৳5,000; wagering 18 times. Example: ৳400 bonus on a ৳2,000 deposit; wagering ৳400 × 18 = ৳7,200.
• gk333 Slots Festival Bonus — 30% bonus on slot games, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20 times.
• Cricket Season Special Offer — 25% bonus in the cricket section, up to ৳6,000; wagering 15 times.
• gk333 Birthday Special Reward — up to ৳1,500; wagering 10 times; for verified accounts only.
• Refer a Friend gk333 Reward — up to ৳2,000; wagering 12 times; added automatically after each successful referral.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
• If the deposit is withdrawn before a bonus is received, the associated bonus will be cancelled.
• gk333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time; however, this will not apply to bonuses that are already in an active wagering process.
• Any attempt to earn a bonus through suspicious activity will result in the bonus being cancelled.

7.1 List of Prohibited Activities

• Cheating or fraudulent activity, including the use of bots, running scripts, or any other automated methods.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same identity or device.
• Deliberately placing bets with the intention of abusing the bonus system (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account.
• Attempting to interfere with gk333's software, interface, or security systems.
• Using gk333's name, logo, or brand assets without authorisation.

9.1 gk333's Authority

gk333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• Using the platform for fraud, bonus abuse, or any other dishonest purpose.
• No account activity for an extended period of time.

9.2 Account Closure at Member's Own Request

A member may request to close their account at any time via 24/7 live chat or email. All valid withdrawals must be completed before the account is closed. Once the account is closed, any bonus balance will be forfeited where applicable.

11.1 Disclaimer of Liability

gk333 takes every care in providing its services, but cannot accept liability in the following cases:

• Issues caused by internet disconnection or a member's own device.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other events beyond our control.
• Delays or problems with transactions caused by third-party payment service providers.
• Account damage resulting from a member's own carelessness (such as sharing their password).
